Initiate Your Request
Log into your VAS Audio account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device back into its original anti-static shielding and protective foam to prevent any transit damage to the sensitive internal circuitry.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized DHL or UPS service point, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our Berlin facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
